That year we lived in Warner Beach on the Natal South Coast. A small resort town. Who was Warner anyway? Mr P J Warner was a surveyor who laid out a residential area for government pensioners, which was then named after him, Warner Beach.
In 1995-1996 Bon Jovi toured the world and South Africa was not overlooked- they performed at Kingspark Stadium in Durban, much to the great joy of our family who attened.

That year 1996 we had a Wedding in the family and the beautiful bride left from Harcombe Road, Warner Beach.
We got her to the church on time!
Her entourage awaited to complete the picture. And it was done.
As the bride and groom waltzed around at the reception, I am sure Bon Jovi was far from their hearts and minds. But Bon Jovi is the brides favourite band!
