In 1962 Elvis featured in the movie Girls, Girls Girls.  This earned $2, 600, 000 in USA, and was named in the top 6 movies of the year.

The movie was directed by Norman Taurog.

Amongst the 13 songs on the sound track of Girls, Girls, Girls, which was Elvis’s 16 Album; the track ‘Return to Sender’, flew to 2nd place on the charts around the world in 1962 and 1963 only making 3rd place in USA but rising to top slot in UK during December 1962!

‘Return to Sender’ still lives on!!

  3. I’m always intrigued with how different mens and womens figures are no and then.

    We were watching a show the other day with a wrestler from the 1960’s. No six-pack. No bicep guns.

    It seems like we let ourselves be a lot ‘softer’ in those days when everyone was so much ‘slimmer’.
